Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or Alberta statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Carriers Agriterra Parts ships within Canada using Canada Post and UPS. The available shipping options will be displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight and dimensions of your order.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. We offer the following:

- Local pickup — always free at any Agriterra Equipment branch
Local Pickup All nine Agriterra Equipment branch locations offer free local pickup. Select "Pick up in store" at checkout and choose your preferred branch. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup, typically within 1 business day. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your part.

Heavy and Oversized Parts Some aged tractor parts are too large or heavy for standard parcel shipping. For parts exceeding standard carrier limits we will contact you directly to arrange freight shipping and provide a custom quote. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged please photograph the packaging and the part immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours at [PARTS EMAIL ADDRESS] or [PARTS PHONE NUMBER]. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Agriterra Parts ships with carrier insurance on all orders — please retain all original packaging until the claim is resolved.
