Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or Alberta statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Carriers
Agriterra Parts ships within Canada using Canada Post and UPS. The available shipping options will be displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight and dimensions of your order. Shipments outside Canada may be subject to additional fees or duties, which will be provided prior to shipping.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
Local Pickup
All nine Agriterra Equipment branch locations offer free local pickup. Select "Pick up in store" at checkout and choose your preferred branch. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup, typically within 1 business day. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your part.

Heavy and Oversized Parts
Some aged tractor parts are too large or heavy for standard parcel shipping. For parts exceeding standard carrier limits, we will contact you directly to arrange freight shipping and provide a custom quote. If you are unsure whether a specific part qualifies for standard shipping, please contact us before placing your order.
